All Suites Soft Launch
9 February 2006
CintaAyu All Suites soft launch was honoured
by the presence of Dato Chua Jui Leng (Managing
Director of PSB), Mr Nick Mah (Managing Director
of PSRB), Dato’ Dr Lian Chin-Boon (Executive
Director of PSRB) and En Ahmad Esa, Director of
Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board (Johor), distinguished
guests and members of the Johor Press.

Lion Dance, performed by Nam Wah Pai Kangkar Pulai
troupe at the entrance, kicked-off the many cultural
performances displayed that day. After the welcome
dance, guests were ushered to Cinta Terrace, located
on the second floor of the hotel, for a lavish
hi-tea, where speeches by Dato Chua and Mr Mah
were presented. Chinese Drums and Kuda Kepang performances “wowed” the
audience and the ‘surprise’ lucky draw
saw 3 lucky winners, with Ms Serene Tay taking
home the grand prize, worth approximately RM2,0000.
A fully-guided house tour ended the soft launch
of CintaAyu All Suites.

NEW
ROUTE WITHIN THE RESORT
Following
the recent resurfacing of the resort roads and
car park lots, the traffic plan within the Resort
has been slightly altered to ensure a smoother
and safer flow of traffic for all members.
The main roundabout
route spanning the car parks is now a one way route.
The road to sports centre and car wash area remains
two-way. Within all parking zones is two way as
well.
Please adhere to the directional arrows that are
already in place and additional road signs which
will be put up for clearer and smoother flow of
traffic and for your safety and the safety of other
road users.
Please park your vehicles at designated car parks
as the Resort shall not entertain/ be liable for
damages to vehicles resulting from indiscriminate
parking.

JASMIN LIM
Director of Sales & Marketing – Pulai
Springs Resort
 With
20 years of experience in the
hospitality industry under
her belt, Jasmin Lim is set
to make positive changes in
the company’s
repositioning exercise. A graduate
from Middlesex Polytechnic,
London, she majored in Food
and Beverage. Her first job
was with Hyatt Regency Singapore
(now Grand Hyatt Singapore)
and this happy-go-lucky 40-something
was also part of the pre-opening
team at Hyatt Regency Macau.
Her years in the hospitality
industry saw her grooming sales
and marketing personnel of
5-star and 6-star establishments
to their highest potential,
with Tiara Beach Resort of
1,264 rooms being her success
story.

NG
Golf Manager
 Alfred Ng is a true
sports devotee! He is a United
States-certified lifeguard,
life guard instructor and also
a swimming instructor. If all
of that is not enough, he is
also a black belt holder and
an instructor for Tae Kwon
Do (WTF) in United States and
Malaysia. This newly appointed
Golf Manager is a single handicapper
and has been playing golf since
he was 11 years old. A high
flyer with B A (Hons) in Finance
and Master Degree in Economics
from United States, he reads
in his free time and no-surprise,
play golf! He is all set to
make your golfing experience
at Pulai Springs a memorable
and pleasant one. Expect first-class
service from his team soon!
