CLOSURE OF 1ST NINE OF MELANA COURSE

For your future comfort and convenience, the management has closed the first 9 holes of the Melana Course for 8 months to facilitate major renovation and reconstruction works. The course is expected to be ready for play in August 2007.

Major Reconstruction works are taking place at Green no 1, 3, 5, 6 and all bunkers. Renovations works are in progress at Green no 2, 4, 7 and 9. There are also works involved in re-turfing of all tee boxes, buggy track curving, changing all sprinkler heads and main line gate valve, additional subsoil line on fairway and removing weeds on tees and fairways.

AFFILIATIONS WITH WANNEROO GOLF CLUB, AUSTRALIA

Good news! The Resort has recently signed an affiliation agreement with Wanneroo Golf Club, Perth, Western Australia. PSR Members may enjoy using their facilities i.e 18-hole Championship Golf Course, 3 dinning areas, Golfer’s Boutique (Pro-Shop), Putting Green & Chipping Area, Function Room and Driving Range. PSR members are entitled to 50% off prevailing Visitor’s green fee rate and may sign up to 7 guests on weekdays and 3 guests on weekends. Members’ guests are charged at standard guest green fees. A 10% discount in all F&B outlets is also a privilege accorded to our members.
