Synopsis:
Set deep in Antarctica, into the land of Emperor
Penguins, where each needs a heart song to attract
a soul mate, a penguin who cannot sing is born.
Our hero Mumble, son of Memphis and Norma Jean,
is the worst singer in the world, however, it so
happens, he is a brilliant tap dancer!

Annual
Club Championship / Rabbit Cup 2006
Calling all golfers
to participate in the prestigious Annual Club Championship
/ Rabbit Cup 2006. The Championship will be played
over 36 holes for a period of two days following the
stroke play format.
• 25 November 2006 (Saturday)– Melana
course (AM session)
• 26 November 2006 (Sunday) – Pulai course
(PM session)
• 2-point start on both days
• Prizes for Club Champion (gross) and Rabbit
Cup (net scores).
Entrance fee: RM 140.00 per golfer includes buggy,
insurance, attractive prizes, mineral water, beer,
BBQ Dinner (2nd day) and prize presentation.
Sign up early to avoid disappointment. For participation,
call the Golf Department. |

Course
Maintenance
In our efforts to improve the condition of
the greens, a major cultural practice will be conducted
on the Pulai course from 29 October – 1 November
2006. Please be informed that during this period,
the greens will be sandy.
A cultural practice to vertidrain the tee boxes at
Pulai course is also underway to induce greens growth
and gradual removal of foreign weeds.

A
Gentle Reminder to Golfers
As this is your course, we would like to urge all
golfers to carry your sand bottles when on the course.
Also, please repair divots, pitch marks and rake the
bunkers. This will assist the maintenance team in
keeping the course in a pristine condition. Marshals
will be forced to report on errant golfers.
