NEW ELECTRIC BUGGIES OFF TO A GOOD START!
All 80 new electric buggies were officially launched on Saturday, 3 June 2006.To mark the occasion, a simple ribbon cutting ceremony was officiated by Golf Manager, Mjr R Anthony at the new buggy terminal. Light refreshments were also served to all golfers on that happy Saturday afternoon. The new electric buggies are part of the Resort’s commitment to continuously enhance its services and facilities to all valued members!


SINGLE HANDICAPPER NATIONWIDE TOUR
78 keen golfers from all over the state battled it out in the recent Single Handicapper Nationwide Tour at Pulai Springs Resort on 28 May 2006. Ng Yau Loong from Royal Johor CC, with a score of 74 OCB, bagged the Champion title in the Gross division. Steven Hiu (Palm Resort GCC) and Zulfakar Jumaat (Octville GCC) followed suit with scores of 74 and 75 respectively. Ghazali Sulong, also from Royal Johor CC emerged as the champion for Nett division with a score of 64. All participants were treated to a sumptuous Chinese Set Dinner at Kayangan Suites during the prize presentation ceremony.

 Gleneagles Terrace will operate from 24 hours from 9 June – 9 July 2006 to cater to the World Cup Fever!! WHEN LIGHTNING STRIKES…
Follow these guidelines:
  • STOP GOLFING and seek shelter!
  • Seek shelter on low ground - avoid higher ground and open spaces, if on the course.
  • Seek shelter in large buildings or inside fully enclosed vehicles with windows wound up.
  • Avoid use of the shower or any indirect contact with water.
  • Avoid shelter under solitary trees.
  • Avoid metal objects such as golf clubs, electric wires, fences, machineries etc.
  • Avoid use of headsets, computers, TV and telephones.
  • Maintain a distance from other people and stay clear from windows and doors.
