AGREEMENT WITH WARREN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
More good news for golfers! PSR members
can now enjoy 18-hole golfing at Warren
Golf & Country Club from
1 April 2006. PSR members can also enjoy other
facilities related to golfing such as the use of changing
rooms and driving range (subject to bye-laws of the club).
Golf
bookings are strictly from PSR only. Members
are requested to contact Ms Susan of
Golf Centre who will also prepare an introduction
letter for members. Golf bookings are available
from Monday - Wednesday at SGD$83.00 per
person (morning session) and SGD$108.00 per person
(inclusive of green and buggy fee). Each
member is allowed to introduce a maximum of 3 guests
at any one time.

GOLF COURSE CLOSURE IN APRIL
Golfers please note that throughout April 2006, the Pulai
Course and Melana Course will be closed on Mondays
and Tuesdays. Kindly pre-arrange your weekday golfing
to avoid disappointment. |

NEW
BUGGY TERMINAL
Construction works are being carried-out for the new buggy
terminal which is being built to house our new electric
golf buggies. The new location, directly next to
the present buggy terminal will be accessible for all golfers
from the Golf Centre. This new terminal is due to be completed
by end of April 2006. |

MAKING
WAY FOR THE NEW MARQUEE
Construction works will be carried out at the current tennis
court area to make way for the new marquee, Dewan Perdana. Please
be informed that new tennis courts are also being constructed
and will be ready for use in 3 months time. We apologize
for any inconvenience caused. |

TABLE TENNIS COMPETITION
The first table tennis competition of the year was conducted last Sunday, 26
March 2006 at the Sports Centre. The competition, which kicked off
at 11.00am, saw a total of 23 participants. In the knockout game, Mr Vong
Chow Tiow emerged as the winner and took home a trophy, a medal and a 2 days
/ 1 night stay voucher at The Anugraha. Ms Khor Saw Im, the second runner
up, took home a similar catch. The impressive and budding star,
Cheryl Pang also proved her skills during the competition. Congratulations
to all winners and a big thank you to all participants! |
