MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF GOLF COURSE DEVELOPMENT
Alan Healey

To enhance our course conditions, I would like to request the cooperation of all golfers to leave the golf courses in a 'better' condition than when you first approach it. This can be done by simply repairing your pitch marks, filling in your own divots with sand (provided at the back of the buggy) and raking the bunkers. All these, when done before leaving the course will make our golf course a better place!

Please be advised to leave the bunkers from the rear. Exiting the bunkers from the front will weaken the face of the bunkers and the grass above the sand - this will result in erosion of the soil during heavy rain that will in turn, contaminate the bunker sand and result in poor drainage of the bunkers.

On a different note, our Golf Course Maintenance staff has been firmly instructed not to sell used golf balls to members and guests. I humbly ask your cooperation to stop purchasing used golf balls from them and this will stop the demand. Without demand, there will be no supply. In the near future, we hope to make used golf balls available at Golf Centre and all proceeds will be channeled to staff welfare.

Please do not hesitate to drop me a line at alanh@psrb.com.my
